  • 1 Banana, frozen and peeled
  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled, cored and chopped

  • 2 tsps. Ginger, ground or fresh grated
  • 1 cup each Kale and Baby Spinach, chopped

  • 1 Peach, peeled and pitted
  • 1 Orange, peeled and seeded

  • 2 stalks Celery, chopped
  • 2 handfuls Swiss Chard or Baby Spinach, chopped (mixed greens work well)
