- quarter cup blanched almonds
- quarter cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- olive oil
- capers
- dijon mustard
- minced garlic (to taste)
- salt & pepper (to taste)
📗How To Garlic Croutons
- thick bread (like ciabatta or baguette, gluten free)
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
- Cut the bread into small cubes, about 3 cm thick.
- Sprinkle bread with olive and garlic and toss in the oven on a baking sheet
- Bake for 10 min, stirring occasionally, so the bread is not burnt
📗How To Salad
- Thoroughly wash lettuce and tear in pieces by hand
- Blend dressing ingredients until smooth. You can add water to achieve desired consistency.
- Combine dressing with salad and enjoy!
