💚Signature Caesar Dressing

  • quarter cup blanched almonds
  • quarter cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • capers
  • dijon mustard
  • minced garlic (to taste)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

📗How To Garlic Croutons

  • thick bread (like ciabatta or baguette, gluten free)
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • olive oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
  2. Cut the bread into small cubes, about 3 cm thick.
  3. Sprinkle bread with olive and garlic and toss in the oven on a baking sheet
  4. Bake for 10 min, stirring occasionally, so the bread is not burnt

📗How To Salad

  1. Thoroughly wash lettuce and tear in pieces by hand
  2. Blend dressing ingredients until smooth. You can add water to achieve desired consistency.
  3. Combine dressing with salad and enjoy!
