We all know stress is a killer. It can contribute to medical conditions, mental illness and just make you dread getting up in the morning to face another round of stress.

  • 2 Bananas, frozen and peeled
  • 1 sup Strawberries, frozen
  • 1 Orange, peeled and seeded
  • ½ bunch each Kale and romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Orange Juice, all-natural, unsweetened
